Just Follow These Easy Guidelines:
~ No appointments necessary, just pop in on any day we're open with your consignments.
~ Ten items per family per week
~ You receive 50% of the selling price
~ Your items will be displayed for a minimum of 4 months
~ You will be asked to sign the following Consignor Agreement at our initial meeting:

Money is receivable by check from Clothespins, cash, or store credit. Check payment will be made by mail once your consignor account reaches $25.00 or more. Checks must be cashed within 6 months of the date of issue or they will be voided. Voided checks will not be re-issued and the funds will be considered a donation to Clothespins. For consignor account balances less than $25, you may collect it in person during business hours or use your balance as store credit. Payouts in the store are subject to management availability.

Consignor account balances remaining inactive for one year will be canceled and the balance will be considered a donation to Clothespins.
Clothespins has 2 seasons: Winter (September-February) and Summer: (March-August). Seasonal items will be displayed within this 6 month selling period. We do not accept consignments during February or August. We do not return unsold items.
Clothespins reserves the right to discount merchandise or promote sales at any time. Clothespins reserves the right to change the conditions of or terminate this agreement at any time.
Consignor agrees that Clothespins/owners/employees/leasers of the space shall not be liable for loss of, or damage to, any of consignors items regardless of cause, including, but not limited to fire, flood, and theft.
Consignor asserts that he/she is the owner of all goods consigned to Clothespins and has the legal right to enter into this Consignment Agreement; and the goods are saleable and/or free & clear of liens or other claims.

- Ten Items Per Family Per Week. When you bring items in, they are reviewed by our staff and assessed for market value and condition. Please understand that customer preferences are part of the selection guidelines. Items must be in top sellable condition. Items with stains, tears, missing buttons, broken zippers will not be accepted. All items must be clean, smelling fresh and ready to wear. A handling fee will be deducted from your consignor credit for items that are deemed not 'rack-ready'.
- Clothespins sets all prices. It is recommended you browse our store, prior to consignment, so that you can establish a general knowledge of prices and ranges based on brands, genre etc.
- Clothespins accepts brand name and designer clothing and accessories for consignment. Mall, department store, boutique label brands are accepted as well. We accept: womens & juniors clothing, shoes & accessories, and men's work or casual clothes. We do not accept costume jewelry, only jewelry that is handmade by artisans.
- After determining which of your items are sellable, Clothespins will return unsellable items to you directly. A detailed receipt with prices assigned to each item will be sent to your e-mail address or a hard copy will be made for you to pick up at your convenience.
